THE HIRAMATSU KYOTO

Where do I even start!? We received such a friendly reception from the team here. We arrived early and they took our bags and told us to come back once the room is ready. Once we got into the room. WOW. It was beautiful. We've stayed at a lot of nice hotels and resorts, but this just hit the spot. They have the most COMFIEST beds ever. I actually want to know what the brand of the blanket and mattress was. The room was very spacious. Lot of room for us to move around. There was a table to work on, a bench by the window, an area to sit and watch tv and the beds were just - I can't get over it - a must try! The bathrooms were also very clean and spacious. There was a shower and a tub with a spa function! We even got to set up a bubble bath using the spa function. It was great!! The toiletries they provide are also next level. They had the best hair brushes I've ever found in a hotel. They even provided toddler toiletries and soaps. Very very thoughtful.

The location is so close to public transport and at the center of everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful to load and upload my luggage. The architecture is exceptional.

Great staff and spacious and modern room that’s rare for Kyoto. Bed was soooo comfy but had bed bugs .
